iDMS Integrity Data Management Software
iDMS is a software that has been developed to function as the hub of an organizations in flange management strategy to manage the particular plant, records, by integrated with the onsite procedures used to manage the task carried out.
It’s especially developed for oil & gas offshore industry, to manage information critical to the safety and reliability of bolted joints and other tagged items in the process. It allows data on materials of construction, assembly, bolt loads, maintenance history, documentation, and etc. to be accessed and retrieve through one on-screen interface.
The software is configured in 3 main areas
1. Plant Manager (System structure)
2. Work Pack Manager (Activity packs)
3. Reports
iDMS is accessed using a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer on( http://idms.joint-integrity.com/dms/). It need an online application, so the specific username and password will be provided for each user.
Each system will have a specific Client ID (one for training and one for live).
1. Plant Manager (Tagged item information)
The Plant Manager contains all items in the database. It will allow you to navigate through a system, view detailed information for each item, and access different reports or drawings. It has the Navigation tree, which has the structure of the plant. This would be configured to match the customer’s requirements. Each stored data can be view or edited.
2. Workpack manager
The Workpack manager will show a summary of activities records or any actions records against TI based on activity pack type.The system is configured to record several maintenance activities and shown with status indicator. From the Activity packs, the workflow are configured to match the stages required for the maintenances as well as specific data needed for each stage.
To print out an ITR, reports, or any other documents generated by iDMS, it can be printed or downloaded within Workpack manager.
3. Reports
Preconfigured reports will be display or retrieve data for each instance of iDMS. Certain reports are standard in all instances, bespoke reports for individual customers would be listed in a customer specific folder. Some reports required selections to be made, such as the Bill of Material.
Reports may be printed or saved in a variety of formats including Excel and PDF.
