  • Q : What is ICCP system and its useful?
  • A : ICCP stands for IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION. A controlled cathodic protection of the hull against corrosion. The system incorporates a rectifier which supplies

  • A :

AMBULIFT

  • Q : How many operators are required to operate this PRM-40 ?
  • A : We recommend at least 2 operators for a usual operation. First man will be a driver and a stand-by person at the tail lift when the passenger going out of the compartment. Second man is an operator on the compartment who will control a lifting, a bridge extension, taking care a passenger in the compartment.
  • Q : What is the specification of the operation who will operate the PRM-40 ?
  • A : We recommend the person who has a driver license because the basic driving is the same with a general vehicle.
  • Q : Q : Does the PRM-40 have an air-conditioning unit?
  • A : it is depended on the initial requirement of the client. It is able to equip the air-conditioning unit from the factory.
  • Q : Can we drive a PRM-40 with a lifted compartment ?
  • A : Yes, you can drive the PRM-40 when the maximum height of the compartment is 2.2 metres or less.

  • Q : What application is suitable for an ENVIRASPONGE media?
  • A : We suggested to use an ENVIRASPONGE media to do a blasting job instead of sand and garnet media for a confined space, spot blasting, or an offshore industries.

  • Q : What the application is suitable for FIRETECT?
  • A : Generally, FIRETECT is a fire retardant which is suitable to coat on a welding habitat located at serious flammable area such as an offshore rig, drill rig, wellhead platform. Moreover, we can use a FIRETECT to coat the curtains or clothes in the theatre.

GLASSGRID

  • Q : What is the main advantages of GLASSGRID
  • A :
  • a. Mesh size is 1” x  1” which is wider than a general aggregate. It helps when we install the grid.
  • b. A coating is a modified polymer 
  • c. A tack coat film for TF model is special designed to increase a bonding strength between a tack coat layer and a new asphalt layer. This film helps to extend the life of the asphalt layer for up to 500%.
  • Q : What is the maximum strength of the CG100L, TF100, and GG100 model ?
  • A : The specification of CG100L, TF100, and GG100 is 115 KN/m MD X 115 KN/m CD. Therefore, the maximum strength for combined direction of the grid is 162.63 KN/m.
  • Q : How would we select the GLASSGRID for taxiway and runway overlay application?
  • A : We recommend CG100L model because this model consisted of a non-woven textile in order to increase a bonding strength between tack coat layer, and a new asphalt layer.
  • Q : How would we select a GLASSGRID product between CG100L and TF100?
  • A : If a milling depth is less than 80 mm and you designed to do a single overlay, we recommend the CG100L.
    If it is a smooth surface, we recommend TF100.
    If a milling depth is more than 80 mm and you decided not to do a double overlay, we recommend the CG100L.

  • A : PS-H is designed and manufactured to compatible to all ribbed cables such as MEA 115KV cable.
  • Q : What is an application for Multiply Profile System (MPS) model?
  • A : The MPS system is the ideal fire resistant sealing system for deck and bulkhead cable and pipe penetrations. One of the main advantages of the system is that only one type of profile is required no matter the size of the pipe or cable. This will save precious time.
  • Q : What is an application for Uni-Seal model?
  • A : Uni-Seal is suitable for a water seal solution for a pipeline. 
  • Q : What is the cable configuration for the HPS?
  • A : It can be 2, 3, 4, or more cables in a one sleeve depending on the cable’s OD size and sleeve’s ID size. 
  • Q : What is the pressure resistance for a water seal?
  • A : The normal operating pressure for gas and watertight is up to 6 bar. The explosion proof is up to 2.5 bar.
  • Q : What is the material of the HPS water seal?
  • A : Nuts, rings, plates, and screws are made from a stainless steel. Rubber is EPDM as a standard (It can be varied to Viton or NBR due to an application).
  • Q : What is the material of the inner rubber for PS-H model?
  • A : It was a thermoset elastomer polymer.
